Divine Antique Bloomers

In Antique Clothing, Antique Lingerie, Bloomers, elegant dressing, Elegant Gifts, Elegant Lingerie, Pantaloons, Pettipants, Vintage Lingerie on 11/11/2010 at 8:32 am

We used to call them “pettipants” when we wore lacy bloomers under our skirts as children. Ladies used to occasionally wear silken bloomers instead of half-slips.
Divine Antiques on-line shop offers this elegant pair of bloomers, never-used and stored in an antiquated trousseau, for a very reasonable price. What a lovely Christmas gift for the woman who “has everything”!

Western Emporium Presents a Lingerie Lace Skirt and Blouse

In Affordable Gift, Classic Style, Elegant Lady, Elegant Lingerie, Elegant Summer Dressing, Elegant Western Dressing, Elegant Western Wear, Lingerie Lace Skirt on 17/07/2010 at 6:29 am

“Recreate one of the most popular styles of the early 1900’s — the lingerie dress. All-white outfits, bedecked with frills and flounces were all the rage across the country. After centuries of exclusivity, lace was finally manufactured in factories and became available to the masses. And the ladies took to it like a duck to water, covering their blouses and skirts with ruffles and lace.”

…with beautiful pouches in various materials. Organize and protect your silver, jewels, brushes and watches; make sachets; present little party-favours in pretty little fabric bags. Go “green” with canvas or burlap pouches, or go for the glitz and glamour of organza. Use fabric pouches to store your lingerie for travel.

Elegant Canvas Pouches by PouchMart of CaliforniaThere are so many potential uses for pouches that I shall just give you the link to PouchMart in California, and you can dream up your own uses for them. The prices are fantastic for all the elegant drawstring pouches they offer, both plain and fancy. Buy them in multiples of ten or twelve, for about a dollar or less apiece. Have fun putting your stuff in pouches!
