Boiled yams, sliced fresh jalapeños, crushed pineapple and cream cheese are seasoned to your taste (I use Tajín chile-lime-salt seasoning from México) and baked in a dish after being crushed and mixed with my Braun hand-mixer.

Answer to Cancer, Cancer Prevention, Cure for Cancer, Curing Cancer, Dr. Leonard Coldwell, Natural Cure for Cancer, Preventing Cancer, Self-Help
Leonard Coldwell is considered one of the leading proponents of self-help education for cancer patients and is referred-to by many authorities as a leading expert on the degenerative disease. After sixteen years as a General Practitioner in Europe, Dr. Coldwell left that practice to concentrate on his applied research in stress and stress-related diseases, with particular emphasis on cancer and other so-called “incurable” diseases.
While in Europe, Dr. Coldwell was the author of eight best-selling books, countless articles, and recorded hundreds of self-help audio programs. He remains a syndicated columnist with more than seven million readers and continues to write one of the most successful and widely distributed self-help newsletters in Europe. Over two million people have attended his life-enhancing seminars. An independent statistical institute estimated that Dr. Coldwell has worked with over 35,000 patients.
He hosts the widely popular radio show, The Dr. Coldwell Report. With a listener-base in the tens of thousands each week, Dr. Coldwell is one of the leading voices when it comes to staying well naturally.
Diswasher Use, Drip-Dry Dishes, Intelligent Dishwasher Use, Keeping Cool, No Heated Drying, Skip the Heated Drying Phase
When the weather is hot, use your dishwasher in the late evening, and turn off the heated drying feature. The glasses and dishes will dry naturally overnight. Your place will not heat up as much, and because heat has a bad effect on polymers, rubber and plastics, the items made with those components will last much longer without it.

Eating Ginger Helps to Kill Cold and Flu Viruses
Last night we called our dear friend Sandra, who regularly visits friends in Seattle’s hospitals. She is a retired nurse in her 70s. She had been to visit a friend of hers in the hospital a few weeks ago, and sensed that there was something being coughed into the air by a patient in the general vicinity. Sandra did what she could to prevent being infected, but when she got home realized that she felt under-the-weather already. The cold that she caught at the hospital has lingered for weeks. We recommended that she take Zicam and raw ginger. We ended our conversation as she left for the store to buy those two things, and Sandra promised to let us know her status very soon–whether these two remedies work. It is best to take these things as as soon as you feel a cold or flu coming on.
This morning, I saw a recent editorial on the People’s Pharmacy entitled, “Be Vigilant to Avoid Harm in the Hospital.” It warns of a number of bugs and maladies one can be infected with just by visiting the hospital, some of them hard-to-cure and antibiotic-resistant, and explains precautions to take when being treated there.

It’s a government website, so take everything you read here on food-hazards with a grain of salt. Remember who is running the show: an entity that has so far proved its abysmal ineptitude, and a propensity to take campaign money among other bribes from big insurance, big food, big oil and big pharmaceuticals. There is, however, some common-sense advice on the page.
